Gina Pearce

Gina Pearce specializes in residential and recreational properties on PROTECTION ISLAND located in the harbour of Nanaimo, B.C.

Gina grew up on PROTECTION and she now lives there with her husband and son, as does most of her extended family - in fact, her family was among the first inhabitants (her great-great-grandfather was the caretaker and fire marshall for the coal mine and built a cabin there in the early 1900s).

Gina's Dad, Jim Pearce, was a REALTOR® on PROTECTION for over twenty years and she's excited to be carrying on the family business. Gina has extensive knowledge of the island and offers her clients the individualized service and marketing expertise they deserve.

Gina has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and is fluently bilingual. Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, she worked in international marketing and communications for multi-national corporations and start-up companies in Paris and Vancouver.
